1) Final Exam Logistics

The final exam will take place on Friday, December 19 from 1:30 to 4:30 PM at the Johnson Track in the Z Center.

  • Unless stated otherwise, all course content is fair game.
  • The final exam will be administered on paper, so be sure to bring a pencil. (We'll have spare pencils on hand, but probably not enough for everyone.)
  • You may use three 8.5"-by-11.0" pages (six sides in total) of handwritten notes.
  • To prepare for the final exam, we recommend that you review content from the relevant lectures, recitations, and homework assignments; prepare your sheet of handwritten notes; and take the practice final exam under authentic quiz conditions. (Print out the practice final exam and take it in a quiet environment where you can focus. Time yourself. Use only your handwritten notes as a reference.)

2) Review Sessions and Resources

Recitation instructors will work through final exam practice problems during the usual recitations (3:00 to 4:00 PM) on

  • Tuesday, December 2,
  • Thursday, December 4, and
  • Tuesday, December 9.

There will be a final exam review session on Thursday, December 11 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM in 4-370. Following this, there will be an office hour from 4:00 to 5:00 PM in the same room.
